McCurry has been recognized with the Robert Capa Gold Medal and National Press Photographers Award.
William Dalrymple is a historian, art historian, curator, broadcaster and critic. His book White Mughals: Love & Betrayal in Eighteenth-Century India won the 2001 Wolfson Prize for History, and The Last Mughal won the 2007 Duff Cooper Memorial Prize for History and Biography.
